DB Cargo Belgium: Spot Coil Transport
DB Cargo is currently operating a spot service transporting coils between Antwerp Zuidnatie and the Josef Wiechers freight forwarding company's terminal in Duisburg-Rheinhausen. Twelve trains will run over the course of six weeks.
HSL fährt Jaguar E-Pace
Die 2 x pro Woche laufenden Pkw-Transporte Graz Messendorf (Magna Steyr) [AT] – Zeebrugge [BE] mit Jaguar E-Pace haben einen neuen Traktionär. Automobillogistiker Hödlmayr beaufragt seit 01.07.2020 die HSL Logistik – die erste Meile bis Graz Vbf. fährt unverändert die Steiermarkbahn Transport und Logistik (STB).
Seit Anlaufen der Verkehre am 31.10.2017 ist dies somit nach Railtraxx / CargoServ und LTE / RTB CARGO (seit Januar 2019) der dritte Partner.
21 Dieselloks bei DB Cargo Belgium
Neben einer ca. gleich großen Anzahl an Bombardier TRAXX-E-Loks verfügt DB Cargo Belgium nun über 21 Dieselloks des Typs DE 6400. Die Fahrzeuge waren ursprünglich an den Vorgänger der heutigen niederländischen Schwester geliefert wurden, waren dort aber mangels Bedarf zunehmend abgestellt worden und finden nun im benachbarten Belgien eine weitere Verwendung.
Safety Certificate for RTB CARGO in Belgium Extended
RTB CARGO NETHERLANDS B.V. was able to extend its Part B safety certificate for Belgium through September 27, 2022. This will allow the company to continue its cross-border safety certification practice, which has been very successful to date. The Belgian sister company, RTB CARGO BELGIUM N.V., based in Antwerp, supports the Dutch company in the operational management of train operations.
Just recently, RTB CARGO AUSTRIA GmbH was also able to obtain a SiBe Part B license for Hungary, which has since been extended through 2025. At the same time, RTB CARGO HUNGARIA Kft., based in Győr, is currently being established.
DB Cargo Belgium
Seit 14.06.2020 wickelt DB Cargo Belgium ihre Verkehre unter eigener Lizenz ab. Die Prozesse werden dabei mit der Software RailCube gemanaged.
Testzug China – Bierset
Am 07.06.2020 fuhr Lineas erstmals einen Intermodalzug aus China nach Bierset. Die Wagen wurden in Recklinghausen von PKP Cargo übernommen und mussten wegen Bauarbeiten auf der „Montzenroute“ den Weg via Viersen (Kopf machen), Venlo, Eindhoven (Kopf machen) und Maastricht nehmen. In Kinkempois wurde von E- auf Dieseltraktion gewechselt.
Testzug China – Genk
Am 05.06.2020 erreichte ein erster Zug aus Zhengzhou, China, den Hafen von Genk. Die Traktion übernahm RTB CARGO ab Frankfurt (Oder) im Auftrag der PCC Intermodal SA. Zukünftig soll die Leistung 3 x pro Woche verkehren. Ab Duisburg wird dabei Rückladung transportiert.
Schlammkreide aus Benelux
Überführung von Leerwagen nach Benelux. Gibt eine weitere Ladestelle für die Schlamm-Kreide in Benelux.
Railtraxx haalde op de zonnige 2e pinksterdag 2020 een sleep knikketelwagens op in Köln-Eifeltor (D) en bracht deze naar Antwerpen-Schijnpoort (B).Bij het gehucht Reinartzkehl (D), net buiten Aachen (D) zien we de RTX 266 009 nog getooid in de Captrain huisstijl met 20 knikketelwagens passeren als trein 41528 richting België.
On Whit Monday, Railtraxx’s 266 009-0 still in Captrain livery, drove a set of lime slurry wagons from Cologne to Antwerp. These wagons would then be driven on June 3 to Terneuzen in the Netherlands ! The wagons are intended for a new traffic that will be started soon between Terneuzen (NL) and Virton (BE).
Argos baut LINEAS-Anteil aus
We would like to inform you that Argos Wityu, our private main shareholder, has confirmed their confidence in the future of Lineas by increasing the share in our company to 90%. This call option was already part of the 2015 agreement when Argos Wityu entered the company. The remaining 10% of the shares remains with SNCB.
This share increase to 90% does not affect the status of our seconded colleagues*. We have clear agreements with SNCB and the conditions of secondment remain the same.
Private-equity group Argos Wityu, together with Lineas management, holds 90% of the shares. This call option was already included in the 2015 agreements and was taken up in December 2019. It certainly shows Argos Wityu’s confidence in the future of the company. The remaining 10% is still held by SNCB.
